Sprinternships® for Employers

What’s a Sprinternship®?

A Sprinternship® is an opportunity for you to bring one or more teams of five undergraduates into your workplace for three weeks.

This quick (hence the sprint!) and immersive paid internship gives students résumé experience that makes them more competitive when applying for summer internships. It gives you a chance to build your talent pipeline and advocate for gender equity in the DC tech world.

Sprinternships® are open to first- and second-year students at UMD or Mason with a focus on women (cis and trans) and nonbinary individuals. Any first- or second-year student from an underrepresented background is welcome to apply.
